Andrea leads the projects from the initial state to their conclusions. In specific, he focuses on origination of new opportunities; through a network of contacts, strongly rooted in Milano; form evaluation of the economic-financial sustainability, to negotiating between the sides during the acquisition and disposal of the properties; the coordination in the intervention phase and recovery of the property.

David is AD of one investment boutique that is active in equity and debt structuring in real asset sector, reassuring the maximization of the returns.

PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Massimo is following the relationships with public administration (Municipality, legalization office, ASL, tax office, etc.) availing from his colleagues form Studio Salvati. He is valuing the phases of the study realization and is following the municipality processes and the professionals involved, up until the conclusion of the projects (hydrogeological components, healthiness, structural, terminal and acoustics isolation, etc).

Geom.Stefano Matzutzi
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Stefano is General Contractor side by side technicians, during inspections and preparing of the metric calculations. For managing the activities of the building site and during the process of renovation and construction he is the main point of reference for the correct setting and execution of valorization of the property.

PROJECT MANAGER
Jacopo is responsible for planning and controlling of the arrangement phase of municipal practices, all up until the conclusion of the selling process. He reassures that the managing process goes without obstacles and at the maximum efficiency. He values and proposes the development plans with the goal to support continuous growth of the business.

Nazzareno, thanks to his deep knowledge of the Milano real estate market, is providing professional consulting, translating trends of the market to strategic directions for best allocation of the investments, besides following the marketing of reclassified properties.

Francesca is coordinating and managing all the subjects involved in the constructing interventions and external providers, reassuring the optimal cooperation. She is of fundamental importance in all phases of the construction.
