About Us

CS Real Estate is an active investor within the real estate mainly in Milan. The main focus is to convert into housing units properties mostly used as offices, production and commercial spaces, which require substantial/integral reclassification; all located in highly dynamic areas of the metropolis.
In the last 2 years, with an overall investment of €15 million, CSRE has been managing more than 20 projects. Half have already been finished while the remaining are in the advanced state of development.
CSRE has gained all the required skills to maximize the value of their initiatives: origination of new opportunities, debt capital structure and authorizations management; energy audits, design and realization of the building interventions and finally their commercialization.
Thanks to its highly qualified team of experts, supported by trusted collaborators, CSRE identifies historically undervalued areas from the market, whose recovery is helping to preserve the territory and maximize the usage of already existing real estate properties, delivering solid returns.

Between 2019 and the first quarter of 2020, CSRE concluded 9 recovery projects and has overall invested around 2.7 million euro into the real estate sector.
CSRE has selected the operations up to 1mil euros, with a lead time from 6 to 14 months. The zones of interest are the university areas in Milan, especially the most valued ones, with a high demand and a stable growth.

In the last 12 months, CSRE has developed 12 projects, those are renovated properties in the marketing phase with accumulated value of over 11mil. CSRE is planning a fast conclusion and giving out these properties; estimated until the end of 2021, with returns of over 1,5 more in value than the capital invested throughout the year.
